The Protest

Humility I held as you your ear
Crying out foul to mistreatment
of my soul, dear.
You moved by my rotting situation as I lay me
down my soul.
Looking not, for you mined your own pleasurities
And I your 'inconvenience', worth the under look
Pleaded, whimpered and begged.

Today, I try again. Desperate for a listening ear,
Turn to my last and desperate weapon-
I strip and nude I stand there as
you curse and abuse but barge in.
It works, it works.
